Despite my previous note I have been advised that the same member, whose name was passed to me, has been rude and objectionable to the manager at Worcester Cycle Centre ("WCC") in connection with their club kit order. My previous note sets out in full the benefit which WCC brings to the club in helping out with our kit arrangements and it is not helpful to the club to have these incidents recurring.

I have apologised to the shop management on the club's behalf following a complaint about someone enquiring after the kit order on Saturday and allegedly being quite rude to a member of staff. I know it can be disappointing waiting for kit to arrive, but please be patient and remember Worcester Cycle Centre really are doing us a favour, they make no money from club kit and if they decided to decline to hold our stock and co-ordinate orders going forward it would be a much more difficult process to obtain the kit that we want.
The kit was ordered and paid for approximately one month ago and I understand it can take 8 to 10 weeks for it to come through, so that will give some idea of when it might arrive.
