I will also be bringing some forms with me to the last 2 time trials, so please feel free to get one from me then. Alternatively if you would prefer to give me your cheque/cash on either one of these evenings to save posting, please do so.

Hi Everyone

So the tickets are now available for our annual presentation evening - £10 each. All welcome, including children.

It's Saturday 10th November, 7pm (slight change of time) for drinks and nibbles followed by our meal at 7.45pm at the Diglis Hotel in Worcester.

To get your ticket please send me a cheque made payable to Worcester St John's Cycling Club to Rachel Vann, Stocks Farm Barn, Worcester Road, Newland, Worcestershire, WR13 5AY. Please include your name, address and how many tickets you would like, together with how much your total cheque is for (if buying more than one ticket). I have also done a ticket request form (but I can't see to upload an attachment onto this forum). If you would prefer to request this, then please just email me at rachel.vann@sustrans.org.uk.

Thank you to those of you who have got back to me re dates, food options etc.

So it's booked. Annual Presentation Evening. Saturday 10th November 2012 at the Diglis Hotel in Worcester. Preliminary time: 6:45pm arrival for drinks and nibbles with our meal at 7:45pm. Tickets will be £10 each and will be available soon.

So save the date and help us spread the word.
