Are you interested in learning about your peak cycling performance? Would you like to learn more about the influence of nutrition on exercise performance?
If you answered yes to these questions you may be eligible to participate in a voluntary nutrition and exercise performance research study.
The purpose of this research study is to compare the effectiveness of two different fruit drinks on cycling performance. By taking part in the study you will; gain a comprehensive analysis of high intensity cycling performance, provide valuable assistance in scientific research and obtain an opportunity to learn about new perspectives in sports nutrition.
The study is being conducted in the Motion and Performance Centre, University of Worcester.
