looks like the weather is a bit brighter at stourport so we will still meet up as planned might need to alter the exersizes when were there,I should bring some wet weather gear in case.

This weeks bash will again be at the Stourport cycle curcuit.
Weather looks like it might play its part, So I will post on here by 5.30 if I am cancelling the session,rain dosnt stop you riding but it will be unsafe for serious training.
