Just like to say a massive thank you for your reliability ride a few weeks ago. I have done quite a few of these over the years and I have to say that the tea and cakes was the best I have ever experienced at any bike ride event. Unlike some other events when you only get one cake, there was enough to feed a small village. Just brilliant. Thank you to the cake makers. 10 out of 10. A great reward for a tough ride. Thank you once again
Cheers to everyone who supplied the riders with cake too many to mention you know who you are especially Mrs Moesley who donated her cake which was earmarked for Sunday tea thanks! one rider remarked"the cake table put alot of weddings too shame my own included".
It was a fine day which always helps but I didn't expect 80 riders and without your support there would be no event thanks each and every one. A brilliant job was done by our 2 time keepers a most important job I am pleased that I don't have to endure that pressure thankyou both Dave & Sam.
If anyone has any ideas to improve the event let me know but I like to keep it as simple as possible the route markers are perhaps the only grudge to this event as it is quiet time consuming marking out the course.
We will be able to make our largest donation to The Noahs Ark trust this year, if anyone has a charity close to their heart please let me know for next year.
