Reminder for anyone wanting to prepare for the season with some structured sessions. Tuesday evenings 7 pm at the University. No need to have your own turbo, just turn up and train.

The club now has 2 turbo trainers. These will be stored at Worcester University during the winter for use by members in Tuesday evening turbo sessions. They can also be borrowed by members without a turbo trainer who wants to try one out before buying one. And for use with track bikes at club promotion days.
