Is any one interested in going down to the vets training sessions on friday afternoons? I have been going down every other friday or so and would like to keep it up through the winter. Just wondering if someone would fancy coming down and sharing the driving/costs? The session is coached and starts every friday afternoon at 4.00 finishing at 7.00,so its 3 hours of hard quality training with some tea breaks in between! There is usually about 30 riders turn up. You will have had to have ridden newport before and be an expierianced track rider. If you can do a 26 for a 10 you will suffer but mostly keep up!! you will of coarse need to be over the age of 40. costs are £6.00 for the session,will leave worcester about 2.00 and be back at about 9.30 This really is just about the best training you can get.
