Hi Martin , sorry to hear the track day is cancelled . I did not realize that you needed to have the money on the tuesday . We are definately up for it next time Martin . Louis was looking forward to it aswell . Hope to see you about  Martin . Regards - Carl

1 km time trial                                    
Flying 200 metres
Flying 500 metres
Individual pursuit 4 km (3km ladies)

For children a flying 200, and a 1km pursuit and a 1 lap time trial

There will be opportunities for anyone to ride any bike they care to bring on the track.
Children and families welcome, theres plenty of space to play in
Open to non-club members
The club track bikes will be there for anyone to use.

 Sorry no bunch racing as we only have basic 1st aid cover.

Please bring £5 (Children free) to the time trial on Tuesday or get it to me at 24 Saunders Street, Worcester WR3 7ED.

It is actually rainingcry
The met officesatellite images show  rain for rest of the morning.
It is too slippery on the painted lines to ride full on.
It will be no fun for anyoneno

Event is cancelled. I will try and get another date to suit all.

10 mile TT it is for anyone who wants a go.
May need to have more than one at a time doing this, normal drafting rules will apply

Yes a TT if you look back over the thread it was suggested that we hire the track so people could have a go at doing a fast PB for a 10. It seems to me that as a mainly TT orientated club then you will get the maximum respondents if you offer something most people would want to do? Although it makes no difference to me because its the day after the track league so I will be to tired!

Halesowen Track Hire Saturday 29th May 9 am

Come to the Halesowen Track and try your hand at track racing.

Saturday 29th May 9am start.

 

Planned events:-

 

1 hour record (WSJCC) (During this event other riders will be able to ride above the blue line)

 

1 km time trial                                    

Flying 200 metres

Flying 500 metres

Individual pursuit 4 km (3km ladies)

A tri club has the track from 11 -1pm on Sundays.

Hhhhmmm we need a kids ride maybe? If we get the club bikes a come try it (on fixed as well)
Keeps people having a go while we recover.

Proposed date is now Saturday May 29th.
£20 per hour, I need you to put your money where your mouths are!
We also need a first aider in attendance - anyone qualified?
Besides 1k, 4k pursuit, 250m flying and 1 hour rides does anyone else want any other events.
There will be no problem with others just coming for a ride, £5 a time?
I like the idea of a club ride up there and a BBQ?
Any offers?

13ths out for me to as I'm riding the Marin. 25th april out as well-birmingham crits.

definatly a "10" might be an Idea if all "combatants" brought along there own time keeper/lap scorer? make life a lot easier for the organiser. 4k could be done ala pursuit as could the other longer events.Be good to see a couple of guys going for an hour.

I've emailled to find out what weekend days are available to hire track 10 - 4 between May & August.

1 hour record rides
1 km
4 km pursuit
200 m flying sprint

any other ideas
(No bunch racing?)

I'm happy to organise
