Happy to do the club kit again, the committee have sent me the "stock" list I now just need individual requirements - please either phone, email or drop in the shop (Worcester Cycle Centre) with your list. Remember if you want anything a little different like bibshorts, skinsuits, XXL, Kids, Women's, etc. you will need to order it because the stock kit is only shorts, shirts, mitts, etc. in the most common sizes.  It would be great if you could let me know ASAP, I will hold this open for a month (so please pass the message around) and then place the order so the kit is likely to be with us by the end of June.

At the Committee meeting last night it was agreed that the stock of kit held at Worcester Cycle Centre will be supplemented with a further order of c£1,000. This will comprise short sleeve jerseys (mainly men's jerseys but also a few women's jerseys) and bibshorts (as the waist shorts do not seem to be very popular), plus (subject to availability) some track mitts (short fingered gloves) and some overshoes.

Subject to Dan being able to co-ordinate the order to Endura for us again (which he has kindly done for the past few seasons), there will be an opportunity for club members to order specific items of kit which is not available at the shop (for example, skinsuits, winter jackets etc -  if you go onto Endura's web-site and click into the custom kit section you can see what other items are available. The site also has size charts.). If you do require personal order kit, please remember the club will be paying for this up-front and it will help the club if you collect your kit order and pay for it promptly once it is delivered to the shop, otherwise the club will be out of funds.

Don't forget, there is also a retro inspired club jersey, which is based on historic WSJCC jersey designs (maintaining the current colours though) - this is available at the same cost as the normal club jersey and, I understand, can be worn in CTT events (time trials), although I'm not sure of the position in relation to BC road racing events (undoubtedly someone will be able to confirm).

IN SUMMARY, IF YOU WANT TO ORDER KIT PLEASE NOTE DOWN YOUR REQUIREMENTS IN READINESS AND HOPEFULLY DAN WILL PUT SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON HERE ON HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.

Hopefully by then we'll have a  list of the stock currently held by Worcester Cyle Centre ("WCC") to post on here. If people then wish to order kit which is not in stock I'm sure we can do a combined order - we'll need to decide if the club pays for the order up front to Endura (usually 50% with order then 50% on delivery) which we have done in the past or whether we require payment from the member up front. I mention the latter as on a few occasions in the past kit has been ordered for a member which the club has paid for up front but which has not been collected and remains unsold.

Also, it would be preferable if we can exhaust the existing stocks of kit held by WCC before ordering any any further stock which might remain unsold. In that respect, we may decide not to order "stock" items of kit to be held at the shop until the current stock has been depleted (and only do an order for items specific members have requested), or perhaps only order a limited range.

In any event, the committee will discuss on Monday.

Sorry - Yes latest artwork does have a red panel down the side of the shorts (so on the skinsuit it's 1 panel rather than 2) ... I have attached the latest.

I agree on the retro kit however the current design has taken the committee 6 months so not sure if we are likely to see any changes, I will post the endura artwork on the when I receive it.

Dear All St John's Cycle club members,

I am in the process of ordering the new club kit (as hopefully you have seen on the forum) and hope to get the order into Endura by the end of the month, we are already booked into the production run and the kit is due to be ready by the beginning of October.

If you would like to order any kit - standard or retro styles please let me know the items and size by August 31^st at the very latest, no items ordered after this date will be received.

We will be ordering in (for sale in the Worcester Cycle Centre Shop, see: www.worcestercyclecentre.com for directions) shirts, shorts, arm warmers and mitts in a range of sizes in the standard kit .  However if you would like something else or you want to make sure that we get your size in please complete the attached order form and return to me (ideally by the end of the week).

The "basic price" on the order form attached excludes VAT however we are hoping that the order will be of a sufficient size that we can claim 15% discount ... if this is the case (and it is 95% sure) then the basic price + 5% (for VAT) is the price you will pay.
