Hi Paul, re. the Severn Stoke tt... if you ride along the a38 from kempsey towards tewkesbury, go through severn stoke and start to ride up the hill on the way out of the village. about three quarters of the way up the hill take a left, by a grass triangle.. not sure what it's sign posted.. might be kinnersley. signing on is about 100 yards along this road, as is the start. The route is back to the a38, left towards Tewkesbury, keep going untill the first traffic island, go all the way round it and head back to way you came. The finish is along the a38 by a layby just on the Kempsey side of Severn stoke. So you get to ride down severn stoke bank and finish lower than you start... so the course is slightly downhill! Probably the fastest 10 club 10 course we do on a tuesday, maybe broadheath is faster, but that is also short.... Course details can be found here..

Have a good ride, Dave..

Dear all,
I'm a newbie to the club (and to the area) and am struggling to find the club TT routes.  I'd like to ride the Severn Stoke on Tues weather permitting.  Where does the club meet/what are the directions?  Broadheath and Old Hills are less urgent at the moment but the same applies.  I did the Spetchley TT 'blind'.....a nice experience but my guide dog struggled on the last hill biggrin.

Anyway, a bit about myself.  I'm a Chartered sport and exercise psychologist at Worcester Uni and started TT-ing in April 08  (one of those mid-life crisis happenings).  Now I'm hooked......and just need to figure out what the attraction of this amount of 'pain' is all about!!.

Any help appreciated.  Failing that, I'll be the idiot with the sat navbleh.
Cheers
Paul
