at the island that you used to turn right on, if you go straight over it there is a lay by / gateway on the other side of the road after about 100yards. It starts here, returns to the island 100yards latter then you turn left onto the same course as before. Do one full lap, back to the island, turn left again and start a second lap. After about 300yards at the top of the first little hill take a left and ride for about half a mile (I think) then finish by a small bus shelter (I think) Hope this makes sense! Dave..
