Saturday morning group training rides start back up proper 5th October. 25-30 miles group riding practice at a moderate pace (~17 mph) leaving plenty in the tank for the main Sunday bash or racing/cx.
10.00am prompt (cathedral chimes) at the old bridge (New Road on the cricket club side). In accordance with the Rules "Anyone arriving after the stated time of departure should see, far up the road, the lycra-clad asses of Ones-Who-Take Riding-Seriously."
2up riding in a compact group, pairs rolling off after 5 minutes or so. Be considerate of your fellow riders; point out potholes or other hazards, proper mudguards when conditions are wet. Guidance here on etiquette.
