Saturday morning Stourport Cycle track training sessions 14/09/13.

Now that ive settled into my new house,I am able to ride my bike again! so Im thinking about starting up the sessions again,Ive had a few people ask me about this.Being as its getting towards the end of the season I guess we will need to do more appropriate exersizes.The first session will be 14/09/13 with the usual 9.30 ish start. Track closes at 11.00 dont forget you will need a helmet and I usually suggest track mits. Rain I'm afraid does not stop play!!
There Has been a request from some younger riders to come along as well, so hopefully we can organize a "coach" for them.
