Aide decided it was his last lap and put some good fast digs in, but we had only done an hour. With most looking tired i thought we would only do one more lap.

Did you guys do another lap?

Bit of confusion over which was the last lap eh? Speedy stuff though, a good workout. The 4th lap of 7 was the quickest.
