and I even got there EARLY!!!!!!!!!

Only fell off once too if you don't count the slow-motion toppling over when I couldn't get my foot out of the pedal (dodgy pedals of course)

yes you read that right,our number one roadie decided to get himself all down and dirty today at the Wyre Forest. Bleedin hamered us up the hills mind.

   Good ride today 6 of us turned up 2.5 hours in the saddle and exhausted.

   Next week will be the Forest of Dean ill post details wednesday.
