Sorry we missed you Ade, we waited a while but were getting cold, the bridge is now in stuck in shadow for the off-season because of the tall trees cry.

To clarify these rides will now start at 10.30 prompt. The weather is closing in, and a definitive start time means riders won't be hanging around too much.

To quote the Rules:
"Anyone arriving after the stated time of departure should see, far up the road, the lycra-clad asses of Ones-Who-Take Riding-Seriously." biggrin

As the organiser I take responsibility for setting the previous trend of slack start times, plus it was often me who was getting there late, no but no more!!

Mark

I think every set of traffic lights/pedestrian crossing changed to red when I got within 100 metres so got to bridge at 10:40

I bet Rob Nicholls had got to the bridge 2 hours early as usual

As before,  Saturday morning group training rides, brisk but steady pace (18 mph) good to get some miles in but leaving plenty in the tank for the main Sunday bash or racing/cx.

From the old bridge, centre of Worcester at 10.30am:

22/10 Crowle, Stock Green, Inkberrow, Abberton, Upton Snodsbury, Crowle
30 miles

29/10 Spetchley, Inkberrow, Feckenham, Droitwich, Tibberton
30 miles
Unfortunately I'll be away for this one

5/11 Sinton Green, Holt Heath, Shrawley, Pearl Lane, Great Witley, Wichenford, Broadheath
30 miles

12/11 Callow End, Madresfield, Welland, Malvern Wells, Hanley Swan, Hanley Castle, Hanley Swan, Rhydd, Callow End
32 miles

19/11 Hatfield, Kinnersley, Defford, Pershore, Upton Snodsbury, Grafton Flyford, Himbleton, Crowle
32 miles

26/11 Broadwas, Knightwick, Bransford, Suckley (Hilly 14 in reverse), Ankerdine, Broadheath
30 miles
Again I'm away

3/12 Broadheath, Martley, Great Witley, Stanford Bridge, Sapey, Clifton, Martley
28 miles
