Might be an idea if everyone brough their cups down to the AGM so we can get them engraved for the prize presentation in November. (If Steve isn't there I'll look after them and take them up to his place)
The Clubs AGM will take place at the Methodist Church Hall, Bromyard Road, St Johns at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday 18th October.
We hope that as many members as possible (particularly our newer members) will come along to this important meeting, when a review will be given of all the Clubs activities over the past 12 months, all next years officials will be elected and we will discuss some possible changes in next years activities.
This year we need new blood for several important positions so we hope that some of the active younger members will be prepared to have a go in 2012.
As last year, all members coming along will automatically be entered in a free prize draw, which will take place immediately after the meeting
