First there were four, then there was three and finally two! A hard session with so few to share the pace, but we managed to cover a good 25 miles tonight and a decent pace. Tony, you would have been proud of the change overs!
I won't be along either, with Aide on the mend and Joe working there won't be many experienced riders. So keep it steady and build up the pace as in previous weeks.

Just to let you all know that I won't be making it out tonight as I want to keep my legs fresh for the stourport crits on Thursday evening. Please don't let that put you off as i know there will still be a few going out,weather looks like it will be OK as well - enjoy!
