RE: Royal Sutton Road Races 27th March 2011

Adie, your right - I've sent entries off for the Evesham Vale and Royal Sutton now. I'm doing the paramount series on all but the 1st saturdays in march as well. 5 races should give me some form for April!

Adam - you're far too good to be 4th cat and you'd be better avoiding 4th cat only races if you like having skin!!

Matt - you're a year stronger and wiser so don't be put off by riding against Elite and 1st cats as it will make you a better rider and you can learn about riding in a bunch and tactics instead of dangerous bunch sprints in lower cat races

Looking forward to racing with you guys this year and getting the Worcester St Johns name back up in the race results again  winner.gif

I'm still a cat 4 so a bit restricted in what races I can do. Will try early on to finish higher up in the points to get to a 3rd cat. Then maybe join you on some of the races. Main target is to see if i can make it to elite in the midlands tt cat this year and hopefully enjoy some races in between. Any help early on to gain points in races to up grade will be greatly received!

No reason why we cant boss some of the races adam! ;)

Interested in the 3/4 race too. Coming back as a lowly 4th cat if BCF will ever answer the phone...
Paramount crits the day before might be EOL depending on the weather.

Unsure as whether to the Evesham vale RR, the paramount race the day before is an 'A' race for me. I did the evesham RR on tired legs last year and got my ass severely kicked! But then there were about 25 elite riders..

I'll be doing the 2/3 race and it would be great to get a St Johns team going this year and try and win the team prize for the West Mids RR league

I'm also going to enter the Evesham Vale RR the week before this one too. It's a E/1/2/3 and you could get some good riders there but it's fairly short and the circuit isn't that hard so don't be put off as you guys will get round alright.

Good spot Birdy. Planning to do the Paramount 3/4 race on the Shewsbury track the day before but I'll certainly do this as well.

It would be great to have a strong St Johns presence in the race. Anyone else fancy it?
