Congratulations to Ed for all his time and thoroughnes in organising this event.

He even booked good weather.

If Ed organises again next year he will need a few more helpers, to voluntere, and

hopefully a few more club members will participate in the rides.

The Saints sportive is allowed 200 riders ,so there is room to raise even more than

£14000 total for all the rides. St Richards is a very worthwhile local charity to support.

Well done Ed

A big thanks to Dave Jennings who supported me today in signing the four routes in advance of tomorrow. We started at 8am finished at 7pm. Here is hoping for a successful event!

Who is having a go then? Entries now accepted on the line 8-9am on Sunday for the Sportive, later for the shorter rides, simply turn up at St Richards Hospice on Sunday and the weather forecast is looking good!

Having checked with Phillippa it appears that not many club members have signed up. Entries will now be accepted on the line from 8am on Sunday 17th (£20).

Just to confirm Ed that I will help with putting up signs.
Hoping plenty of club support is given to Ed and the event, so come on everyone
lets help a local hospice, you never know if you might be gratefull for their help at some time.

15, 30, 45 and 60 mile events, so should be suitable for most cycling abilities.  Please ride or support the club in this partnership with St Richard's Hospice if you can.
