Come on we're both going for the Little Mountain,

Lets go for a an 81" (48X16) Max gear who spins fastest wins!
110 rpm = 22.5 Min
100 rpm = 24.45 Min.
90 rpm = 27 Min

Or if you blow early with tired legs you get round without walking.

not sure... I'm going so much better than I thought I would on gears I may stick with the geared tt bike.. Also my legs may need some small gears on Tuesday after the little mountain tt on Sunday..

Who else is thinking of doing the fixed league?
