I have received a letter this morning regarding the cycle/footpath linking St Marks Close & Barneshall Ave. The work to improve this facility will commence in October 2009. This is despite all the objections by residents in Barneshall Ave. I think that all the work put in by local cyclists supporting the improvements has paid off. Thats 1-0 to sustainable transport & a bit of common sense.
