We always really struggle to get marshals for club events. A popular idea is to get all club members to choose 2 events at the start of the season What do you think? any ideas.... we all love to compete in club events but nobody wants to marshal.we have considerable problems at the 2 club road races and they can't go ahead without the required number. It's always left to the same few people They would rather spend thier sunday morning doing something else as well... rather than standing at a road junction Then you hear people complaining about what the club doesn't do and should do Well the club would like to do more but needs more helpers at times
