Look at the Wyre forest site. They do exactly that. But any takers with policing/ organizing the scheme?
I would say that we are very lucky to have enough volunteers on a Tuesday. this might sound daft but if we can squeeze 50 people on to a 5 mile course. do we have at least 100 junctions to marshal over a season?
It could be made that if you dont marshall at two events that you are not eligible for any trophy`s. A simple rota at start of season could be drawn up with riders choosing events to marshall on a first come forst served basis if conflicting dates arise. This wont happen but we can dream cant we.
