Laptop Yes. Projector no but i know a company that does! As long as they haven't bolted them all to the ceilings. Cannot promise the projector but the first is no problem.
Has anyone got a laptop and a digital projector? I'd like to get one to present the Open TT results as the riders finish. Failing that, I need a volunteer who can write and do sums to do the results board. Any other volunteers for marshalling or refreshments? Hope everybody else has got their entries in?
OK guys and girls. Time to send your entries in for the Worcester St Johns Open Time trial. The main event is an open for all riders. The supporting event is for 12 - 17 year olds competing for the Midland GHS championships. If we get three riders and win the team event they all get to ride in the national GHS championships in September. Persuade your school friends, children and relatives to ride - they don't have to be a member of a club as they enter in the name of their school. Everybody else I assume you will be entering the open event or marshaling? I'm away for a couple of weeks but I'll bring entry forms down to Tuesday TT's afterwards. Need entries in by mid June.
Note:-There is also a prize for fastest combined parent child time.
The date for this is now fixed for Saturday 5th July 2008 at 2 pm Severn Stoke course. I'd like as many from the club to ride it as possible, but will also need a few marshalls. Any volunteers to help with the catering? It will also include the Midland District GHS for 12 to 16 year olds, so if you know any likely competitors encourgae them to enter and to come along to our club timetrials to get some training in. Also I'm looking for some prize donations for the GHS and the open. I thought we could have an additional competition for fastest 'parent/child' combined time.
