Have you all looked at the roller racing times at www.rollapaluza.com ? Some interesting speeds. Mine was a late one when all the grease had rubbed out of the bearings and there was a headwind and I only had a 5 minute warm up. Some nice photos on a link as well.
Yeah, it's always good to get a bit of media coverage (well almost always), I aim to go one better tomorrow when the tour comes to town. I will ride the penny to Ankerdine and position it for the tv cameras at the top of the climb, surely they wont be able to resist it!
I would like to join Dave in congratulating Mark and everyone else who organised the event. It was a brilliant day and would be great to have something similar annualy.
Just a short note to say how much I enjoyed the pedal in the park, it was a really good event, also congratulations to Sean for his first ride on a penny farthing, if you're hooked don't forget Martin has two for sale.....
