All I can remember about it was an ultra sexy mongoose bmx, sad but true, even when I was a teenager I was more into bikes than girls.

Tempted by bmx bandits, a true classic! I lived on my bmx in the 80's... check her out, only a raleigh burner but I loved it all the same, why I sold it I'll never know.

Cycling Films                                                   

 
As part of Pedal In The Park, Choose how you move will be showing a series of cycling films on Friday September 7 and Saturday September 8.
 
A variety of films from extreme mountain biking to documentaries and cult classics will be on offer at the Pump House Environment Centre, all FREE to view.
 
  • Earthed 4 The latest in the popular series featuring the worlds best downhill mountain bikers in action.
  • ROAM Award winning film featuring mountain bike trials and downhilling from around the world
  • Overcoming A behind the scenes documentary following the CSC professional cycling team, as they prepare for the Tour de France
  • Belleville Rendez-vous Hilarious French animation in which a grandmother (and her dog!) train her young grandson  to become world cycling champion
  • BMX Bandits A young Nicole Kidman stars in this 1980s classic. One huge chase on bikes in a Live Action Cartoon style
  • American Flyers Kevin Costner plays one of two brothers, who battle against adversity to compete in Americas biggest bike race. The great cycling champion Eddy Merckx makes a cameo appearance.
